Connect your wallet and DERP FARMS identifies your Farmer. Your Farmer represents your farm and becomes your identity inside the game.
The Farmer NFT provides the identity that DERP FARMS associates with the connected wallet. The game uses that identity to determine which farm is being played.
Generate a fresh five-card hand of basic farm resources. Every hand gives you a different set of possibilities.
DERP FARMS uses the entropy output provided by DERP to determine the randomized resource output for the Farmer's hand.
The DERP World Order tells you what products are currently needed. Look at the orders and figure out which ones your harvest can fulfill.
DERP World acts as the activity terminal for the game. Its current demands establish the products that farmers can attempt to fulfill.
Combine the resources in your harvest to create larger farm products. The challenge is making the most of the five resources you were given.
Crafting follows defined resource recipes. The resources selected from the Farmer's hand are evaluated against the recipe requirements for the requested product.
Send your finished product to DERP World. The goal is to fulfill as much of the current demand as your harvest allows.
A completed craft becomes a submission to the DERP World order system. The eventual shipping and verification mechanism will determine whether the submitted product satisfies the active requirement.
Successful shipments earn rewards. The better you use your harvest to satisfy DERP World's needs. the more productive your farm becomes the more DERP Vault rewards are distributed to the Farmer's wallet.
Rewards are tied to successful fulfillment of DERP World demands. The exact reward mechanics will be defined by the final DERP FARMS implementation.
DERP FARMS is intentionally simple on the surface. Underneath, several pieces work together to create the game loop.
